Pastor Samuel Perry was reared in Eastover, South Carolina and graduated from Lower Richland High and continued his education at Midlands Technical College.
He was licensed in the ministry in 1998 and was ordained in September 2010 in the Ecumenical Church. Pastor Perry now serves as Senior Pastor of Family Vision Ministries (an Inter-denominational church) along with his wife, Reverend Paula Perry who serves as the Executive Pastor.
Prior to planting Family Vision Ministries in July of 2014,
Pastor Perry’s favorite scripture is 1 Corinthians 15:57-58: “But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord” (KJV).
He is married to Reverend Paula Perry, a native of Darlington, South Carolina for 30 years; and the father of three children: Sean, Samantha and Amanda Perry. Paster Perry is also the owner of “Sam’s Home Repair & Custom Cabinetry” and is an expert gardener.
Reverend Paula Perry was born in Columbia, South Carolina; but, was reared in Darlington, South Carolina. She is the daughter of the late Elwell and Carrie Dargan McPhail and happily married to Reverend Samuel Perry. Pastor Paula is also the mother of three children: Sean, Samantha and Amanda Perry.

Pastor Paula Perry became a licensed minister on January 15, 1995 and ordained on December 10, 2000 at Rockhill Baptist Church in Ridgeway, South Carolina, under the late Pastor Willie Stallworth. In September 2010, she received a second ordination from the Ecumenical Church, in Columbia, South Carolina. Pastor Paula Perry now serves under the leadership of her husband as Executive Pastor of Family Vision Ministries. She has also serves as an Associate Minister at Christ Mission Lutheran Church in Columbia, South Carolina.
Pastor Paula favorite scripture is Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths" (KJV).
Reverend Oliver is a proud US Army Veteran and attended Northern VA Community College, City College of Chicago and received his Associates degree in Automotive Engineer and Electrical Repairs. He is a also a loving father and grandfather.

Over the last 22 years, he has served as Choir Director and currently is the Choir Director at Daniel Circle Chapel, Fort Jackson, SC.
He was ordained as a Minister of the Gospel in 2010, and his favorite scripture is John 3:17:
"For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him" (NIV).
Samantha was licensed in the ministry in March 2018 and received her Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Winthrop University and her Master's in Marketing & Brand Management from Kingston University, London, England.
